A quick note to say "hi, how are you?" My evening continue to be filled with the remodel. Touched up the semi-gloss in the kitchen, rehung one of the sets of blinds and moved a few more items back to their homes. We had tostados (sp?) for dinner. E is in a class today so will be home for supper so we dropped a chicken in the crock and covered it with cream-of-mushroom soup.
AR has been looking at jeeps online and is pushing to get "wheels" (which would be good as our schedules aren't compatible). Nana Vera's birthday is tomorrow (she will be 80), she is still struggling to recover from her abdominal surgery a week ago.
We continue to research vacation options for my birthday in June. We would really like to get away with all the kids for a weekend but don't know if we will be able to swing that financially. If anyone has access to inexpensive lodging in Monterey for June 6-8 let me know.
